Construction Experience. Personal Attention.

Crossroads Builders is a family-owned commercial general contracting company serving Indianapolis and Central Indiana.

Our approach is simple: communicate clearly, manage the details and take responsibility for the finished product.

We bring field experience, estimating, project management and quality control together to give our clients one accountable construction partner.

Adam Crowder

Founding Principal

Field Operations Manager

Adam watches over all of the day to day operations in the field.

Client Liaison

Adam is our main point of contact for our clients. He also is our main player in securing new clients

Quality Control Manager

Adam oversees quality control to maintain the highest standards in all we do.

Adam started his construction career nearly 20 years ago as a laborer. He showed a drive that quickly moved him up to a carpenter position. Many around him saw his abilities to be much more and soon was offered a superintendent position. Having excelled in that position, the next logical step was to become a business owner himself. He has a vast array of construction projects to his credit. He has done everything from simple TI work, ground up construction, historic renovation of the JF Wilde Building in downtown Indianapolis. He was also a crucial part of the InterContinental build just off the circle in downtown Indianapolis. There is no doubt that Adam can handle whatever your project needs might be!
