Adam brings nearly 20 years of hands-on commercial construction experience to Crossroads Builders. He began his career as a laborer and quickly advanced to carpenter, superintendent, and ultimately business owner—a progression built on hard work, leadership, and a deep understanding of the construction process. His experience spans tenant improvements, ground-up construction, renovations, and historic restoration, including the renovation of the J.F. Wilde Building in downtown Indianapolis and the construction of the InterContinental Indianapolis near Monument Circle. Today, Adam oversees our day-to-day field operations, quality control, and client relationships. He works closely with our field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects stay on track and meet our high standards for workmanship. Adam also plays a key role in business development and building lasting client relationships. His hands-on experience and commitment to doing the job right make him an integral part of delivering successful projects for our clients.

With more than 30 years of experience in commercial construction, Terry brings a comprehensive understanding of the building process from initial estimating and preconstruction through project completion. His experience spans a wide range of commercial construction, including ground-up development, tenant improvements, renovations, and complex multifaceted projects. As a business owner and senior estimator, he combines field experience with a strong understanding of project costs, constructability, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and overall project execution. This hands-on background allows him to develop accurate, competitive estimates while identifying potential challenges and cost-saving opportunities before construction begins.
